So far I have not been able to use Uniblue Scanner, because it is not possible (for me) to access it. Every page opened is only about selling products. Bought the program December 22, 2015 and since then not been able to use it. Please instruct.

If you have issues with the software, access the page linked below and download the Uniblue Scanner. Install it using Administrator access, and register the program using the available serial number/license key or license file. After this procedure, the software can be launched from your desktop.
I have purchased the Driver Scanner and updated outdated drivers. I am just curious what is USB Human Interface device?

The USB HID class or, as you said USB Human Interface device, is a part of the USB features available within the operating system and your computer. This module allows you to identify the peripherals connected to your computer such as keyboard, mouse, game adapter, portable display devices, etc. It's basically a communication port between computer peripherals and the operating system through the USB port on your motherboard. You should avoid uninstalling it. If it's with yellow in Device Manager, then use Driver Scanner to update it.
